Mar, 14 2019Rebecca Lykins1Last night was so bad. We called ahead and booked our rooms. They were not available when we got there, a little after 3:00 pm. Note check in is at 3:00. Rooms were not ready. Also didn't get rooms we booked. Instead was put into a room with a hot tub on the floor above our rooms. No sleep at all. Had a busy day the next day at U of M hospital with multiple appointments. We were so tired.
