Not only is their customer service terrible, they don't keep their word. They have missed pickup days more times than I can count. When they failed to come by for three or four consecutive weeks after Christmas (when the garbage can was bulging), I called and they agreed to come by the next day for a special pickup and to give me a credit (which amounted to about $12, but fine). However, when I received my bill, there was no credit. I called to inquire, and they told me that since they came by to pick up the garbage the day after my call, there would be no credit. Plus they had no record of my previous call (which was half an hour). I have a record of that call at home, but I'm confident that even if I shared it with them, they would dispute my account. You're better off leaving your trash at the curb for raccoons to cart away - I think your odds would improve of actually having trash picked up, over entrusting it to Advanced Dispos-none.
